Spartina was a great location! If you have children that like the water, being right across the street from Camp Watercolor was amazing. Taking the trolley to and from Watercolor Beach Club was very easy and using the LSV to get around for short trips made the trip a great experience. Highly recommend for families!

There wasn’t really an issue with the location more of an issue with the property management group. We were on a short vacation and the sink started leaking pretty bad. Like changing out a towel every hour bad. They were not responsive and then at first acted like we needed to be there for the maintenance man. Like I said we were on a short vacation and trying to squeeze as much into our stay and weren’t really interested in sticking around the house. Just would be hesitant to use this group again. Not what you expect when paying as much as we did for this stay.
