1-room apartment, kitchenette, bathroom, balcony, Wi-Fi, parking space, non-smoking apartment. This cosy "one-room apartment" in the Villa Sonnenschein am Meer building offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea in a compact space. The combined living and sleeping area is lovingly furnished and features a practical kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a sunny south-facing balcony that invites you to relax. The apartment is ideal for two people looking for quiet, comfortable accommodation close to the beach.
The south-facing balcony is a real highlight—here you can enjoy plenty of light and warmth all day long. Whether you’re having breakfast in the morning sun or winding down the day in a relaxed atmosphere, this outdoor area offers the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh North Sea air.
A special advantage of this accommodation is the flexible option to expand: Apartment 6 can be rented as an additional unit upon request. Both apartments share a common entrance and can thus be used as a single large living space for up to four people. Ideal for couples who are friends, families, or guests travelling together who still appreciate having separate spaces to retreat to.
Small dogs are also welcome. The fee per night can be conveniently added during the online booking process under “optional services.” You also have the option to book a linen package—including bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, tea towels, and a shower mat—for a fee; this can also be selected directly from the “optional services” menu.
This one-room apartment is the perfect choice for guests looking for a sunny, cosy, and well-equipped holiday rental—with the convenient option of adding extra space through Apartment 6 if needed. Here you can enjoy peace, comfort, and proximity to the North Sea in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
