Fantastic location for restaurants, shops, reaching central Vienna on foot and easy access to public transport to reach all areas of Vienna. The host was very responsive and helpful. Very clean apartment and good Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

The apartment is located in easy walking distance of the subway and buses. The bedrooms are quiet and cozy and the front looks out on a quieter street. It was a really convenient and comfortable homebase for our visit to Vienna.

Family trip to Vienna

This apartment worked very well for our family of 4. Locations was great - short walk to shopping/restaurants/underground/market. Just a few stops on the underground to the Old Town area. The apartment is not fancy but was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great - very responsive.

Fantastic apartment in Vienna!

We stayed in this property for 5 days and it was lovely. The unit is clean and spacious and even though it was only 1 flight of stairs up, there is a small elevator perfect for getting suitcases up & down. The only thing I would mention, and this is going to be the case anywhere in Vienna, is that sleeping with the windows open for the cool breezes means you will be hearing a fair amount of city noise. The neighborhood is wonderful and had so many restaurants, stores, and public transportation within easy walking distance that I'm fairly certain we didn't see even half of them. If we were to return to Vienna I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we needed

For our travel group of four, this apartment was perfect. It was very clean and in a great location. It was a nice surprise to have the host greet us outside and help with our luggage. The was helpful and gave us a good restaurant recommendation. It was so easy to get around the city with this place as base. Would stay here again. One minor suggestion would be to purchase some different towels. It might be a matter of preference but the towels were not soft and seemed thin. But that did not affect our stay at all.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Wien

De ideale plek voor minstens 3 personen in Wenen

Het ruime en goed ingerichte appartement was ideaal voor ons drieën . De plek was een prima uitgangspunt om Wenen te verkennen. U-bahn, restaurants, kruidenier etc op een paar honderd meter afstand. De vriendelijke heer Branko was er op juiste moment om ons te ontvangen en was zeer service gericht

Top Lage und schöne Wohnung

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Geschäfte und U-Bahn sind nur ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr nett und es hat alles geklappt. Gerne wieder!

Convenient, comfortable and quiet Viennese apartment

Branko met us exactly on time to let us in. We only spent a short time with him but he was courteous and we had no doubts that if we had questions or concerns he would address them. The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen is well equipped for eating in and cooking and there are a couple of grocery stores within walking distance. One of the few grocery stores open in Vienna on a Sunday is in reasonable proximity (we could walk). We found a number of good to excellent restaurants / beisl within easy walking (or transit if preferred) distance, including one pretty much a couple of doors away. The apartment was very clean. We liked the hard floors (no carpets). The bedrooms faced onto a courtyard which was incredibly quiet while we were visiting, including over a weekend. My husband is a very light sleeper and really appreciated that we couldn't hear any traffic noise or music! The neighbours above were very quiet - occasionally heard footfalls but never late and no other sounds such as radios or t.v.s. Lots of closet and cupboard space. In the end we didn't use them, but I appreciated that there was an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. The furniture is fine - very functional. Not luxurious but, again, very comfortable, clean and in good repair. A step up in the linen department would be nice - the towels and some of the bedding are showing their age a little - but really, totally acceptable. A great base for visiting Vienna! We would definitely consider booking the apartment again if we ever return. Very good value for the price and a great location. Anne

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Badezimmer und Toilette sind getrennt und sehr sauber. Selbst für Toilettenpapier war gesorgt! Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, die Couch im Wohnzimmer sehr bequem. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super! Die U-Bahn ist sehr nah, Sehenswürdigkeiten können so in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Außerdem müssen Shoppingbegeisterte nur wenige Meter bis zu einer der Haupteinkaufsstraßen Wiens laufen! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und völlig unkompliziert! Alles in Allem wirklich zu empfehlen, wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Es war alles super. Angefangen mit der freundlichen und unkomplizierten Wohnungsübergabe, der tollen Lage der Wohnung und natürlich wieder die einfache Wohnungsrückgsbe. Branko hat uns alles erklärt und wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit in Wien.

Comfortable, complete and close!

Perfect place to explore Vienna!

We loved staying here. Branko greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. I rented a bike from Citybike and explored the city. Close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. We would totally stay here again!

Appartement tres agreable,propre, tres bien e'quipe'. Accueil tres sympathique par le proprietaire lequel fait tout a' fait confiance au locataire. Ne demande aucune caution. Sauber, zentral, Familienfreundlich

Die Wohnung ist toll, gross und hatte genügend Platz für unsere fünf köpfige Familie plus Grosseltern. Restaurants, Shopping und u-Bahn in nächster Nähe und trotzdem ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse gelegen. Vermietung hat einwandfrei funktioniert! Danke !

Zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegene Wohnung

Wir haben uns in den 4 Tagen in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen, die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles war bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Wohnung ziemlich warm war.

Excellent séjour à proximité du centre ville de Vienne.

Appartement parfaitement ajusté à une famille de 5 personnes et localisation idéale pour rejoindre le centre ville en un peu plus de 15 minutes, nous avons été très heureux de séjourner 10 jours dans ce quartier calme, à proximité immédiate de supérettes et de commerces divers ainsi que de restaurants de très bonne qualité. Le propriétaire est, qui plus est, particulièrement sympathique et à l'écoute, ce qui est toujours précieux. Un séjour 5 étoiles combinant bon nombre d'atouts importants. Particulièrement adapté à une famille avec plusieurs enfants.
