Alles in allem ein gutes, zentrales gelegenes Appartement. Sehr gut ausgestattete Kücke. Für mich als Langzeitmieter (5 Wochen) ein excellentes Appartement im Haus Exquisit. Wer empfindlich ist, den stört die Eingangstür bei ein und- ausgehen der Mieter. Ein Schild Tür leise schließen, würde eventuell Abhilfe schaffen. Ebenso ein Schild, das und wie man das Flusensieb am Trockner säubert. Das war immer voll. Komme gern wieder
