Schöne Lage

Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses sind im Prinzip sehr gut. Man ist schnell am Strand, die nächste Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist schnell erreicht und es gibt eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse, einen großen nicht einsehbaren Garten und sogar einen eigenen kleinen Boule Platz. Leider war das Haus nicht wirklich sauber, die Küche ist vollgestopft mit Utensilien, die sich wohl mit der Zeit so angesammelt haben und meist, weil wahrscheinlich länger nicht benutzt, schmutzig sind. Die Toilette ist wirklich sehr klein und eng und es riecht immer, weil vermutlich die Leitungen alt und porös sind. Daher ist unser Urteil zwiespältig: eigentlich ein sehr schönes Haus, aber der Zustand und die Sauberkeit haben noch Potential nach oben.

Objekt hat gute Lage schöner Garten sehr gute Betten Küche mit sehr viel Equipment, teilweise leider sehr verbraucht, insgesamt leider auch ziemlich unsauber. Spülmaschine mit sehr schlechter Reinigungswirkung

C’est une location avec du terrain clos. Au calme, éloignée d’une route de passage. La mer, accessible par chemin est proche. La grande pièce à vivre est très agréable, ainsi que la terrasse
