Close to the sea 300 meters walk and the smaller beach lifeguard 1.5 kms with "Mickey Club" in July and August. Shops and bike trails are also nearby. The rooms are equipped with wardrobes KZ (wardrobe / shelves), a 140 bed and 90 in one room and the other one 140 bed and a baby crib, bedside tables, mattress and blankets provided The bathroom (Italian shower) with washing machine, kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge freezer, the sitting area has a sofa bed (2 people), a flat screen TV, radio and games. The small dogs are accepted free of charge. The rental price is based on 4 guests, the rates are all inclusive.

Toller Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer sind sehr herzlich und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral. Alles wichtige in naher Umgebung.Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour dans un logement fonctionnel et calme. L'espace jardin et terrasse permettent de profiter du calme. Le logement est bien équipé, conforme a l'annonce. Le petit cabanon exterieur permet de stocker les vélos. Le logement est bien situé pour partir a la decouverte de l'île. Les proprietaires sont tous proches, très accueillants et tres discrets. Location recommandée pour un séjour sur l'île d'Oléron.

Gite très agréable, particulièrement bien placé sur la côte sauvage, la mer à deux pas ( levers et couchers de soleil magnifiques!!! Balades sur la plage au gré de la forme....) Grand calme , vue sur la campagne et ses chevaux. Le gîte est très bien équipé et très bien entretenu.Bravo!

surprise à la fin du séjour

nous avons passé un très bon séjour, un peu gâché par le départ. La veille du départ, la propriétaire nous demande vers quelle heure nous voulons partir: nous lui disons vers 10 h, comme il est prévu sur le contrat. Elle nous répond: ah non non, comme vous ne faîtes pas le ménage ( en effet nous avions pris cette option à 50 €), vous devez partir à 9h, comme c'est marqué sur le contrat. Nous avons essayé de lui expliquer que ce n'était ce qui était prévu, elle n'a rien voulu savoir. Nous sommes donc parti avant 9h. Nous avons relu plusieurs fois le contrat que nous avions reçu, rien n'indique ce départ en avance. Pour info

Nous avons passé avec notre petit-fils un très bon séjour dans cette maison TRÈS propre (certains proprios devraient venir prendre exemple !), fonctionnelle (notamment grande douche et terrasse abritée), vraiment au calme et sans vis-à-vis. Le jardin clôturé permet aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité, sans déranger les propriétaires mitoyens et charmants. À refaire !
