House Lola - Norderney

The "Haus Lola" holiday home is located on Seilerstraße, a narrow, quaint street in the city centre area lined with typical small island houses. In the spring of 2019, the house underwent a comprehensive renovation. The holiday home offers space for up to 6 people across approximately 100 square metres. It is about 450 metres to the beach and about 400 metres to the Kurplatz. Both are therefore within walking distance.

The holiday home has a total of three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed (dimensions: 1.60 m x 2.00 m, open at the back). One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other two are in the attic. From the attic hallway, you can access the rooftop terrace, which faces east. Here you’ll find a large table with 6 chairs. The house’s modern kitchen area features a kitchen island. It also includes extras such as a KitchenAid mixer and a Nespresso machine. The house’s bathrooms are bright and flooded with natural light. The main bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. A washing machine is also available. It is important to note that the toilet in the main bathroom is installed just 4–8 cm from the side wall—a detail we are pointing out as a precaution. There is also a second bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, toilet, and sink. Dogs are not allowed in this holiday home.
