The "Windrose 1b" holiday rental is located in the "Windrose" building. The building was constructed in 2000 and is situated on Janusstraße. This street is centrally located near the spa gardens. With approximately 45 square metres of space, the apartment can accommodate up to four people (maximum of 2 adults and 2 children). The building has an lift. Group stays are not permitted in this apartment.

Although the “Windrose 1b” apartment is compact, it is cosy and inviting. It is situated in a very quiet location on the side facing away from the street, on the lower ground floor of the building. Because the ground level is lower on this side, the apartment is at street level and flooded with natural light. Warm colours were emphasised in the wall design. It features a living room with a kitchenette and TV, a bedroom with a double bed, and a very small children’s bedroom with a bunk bed and TV. The living room opens onto a 22-square-meter terrace furnished with sturdy patio furniture. The bathroom features high-quality custom woodwork. Bicycles can be parked in the rack next to the building or in the basement. A washing machine and dryer are located inside the house and are available for shared use (coin-operated), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Pets (dogs) are not allowed in this holiday rental.
