Jutta vom Kutter is located in our beautiful farmhouse and offers a view of the garden. <br>Ground floor, 2 people, 1 double bed, shower <br><br>Families with children will have a great time on our playground with a trampoline. Sports enthusiasts can work up a sweat in the fitness loft and reach one of the island’s most famous water sports spots—the Wulfener Hals—in just five minutes. Pets are very welcome here! It’s best to arrange this before your arrival and have them delivered to the farm—for example, from 2Rad Fehmarn in Landkirchen... <br><br>For a fee, we offer a bread roll delivery service from the local bakery <br><br>Of course, you can park right here on the farm. We have plenty of parking spaces, but we still ask that you arrive with only one car, if possible. <br><br>We are a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited in all of our holiday rentals. We’ll be happy to provide ashtrays on the terrace or balcony if needed. <br><br>You can book our linens package for €28.00 per person. Das Wichtigste ist vorhanden, jedoch könnte in der Küche noch Salz und ein kleines scharfes Messer vorhanden sein. Die Wohnung ist im Ergeschoss mit Ost/Südost Ausrichtung war im September recht dunkel, da vor dem Haus ein recht großer Baum steht. Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht als es ein Problem gab und es wurde ernst genommen und schnell gelöst, sonst sehr nette Vermieterin!

Sehr gut gestaltet, wie ein einziges Zimmer genug Platz für Küche, Esstisch, Schränke, Betten, Couch bietet.Es ist sehr schön unter einem großen Baum gelegen, darunter eine gemütliche Sitzecke draußen. Dadurch ist das Zimmer stark im Schatten, wodurch es kühl, aber auch dunkel ist (vorteilhaft im Hochsommer).

Optimal gelöst, in einem einzigen Zimmer Küche, Esstisch, Bett, Schränke, Couch unterzubringen - für alles genug Platz. Sehr schön gelegen, viel Wiese, Sträucher, Bäume und Sitzgelegenheiten / Strandkörbe draußen. Die Vermieterin Frau Penzlin ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub gehabt, Lage der Unterkunft war top, sehr zentral, man kann überall hin laufen oder mit dem Fahrrad fahren, Auto brauchten wir nur 1x zum Einkaufen. Eventuell noch eine Mikrowelle in die Küchenzeile, ansonsten alles da. Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und für Fragen konnte man immer vorbei schauen.
