Ruhige Lage, 5 Minuten Laufweg zum Strand

Pros: Große Räume, riesige Terrasse, große Dusche. Sauberkeit war okay. Cons: Matratzen waren uns zu hart. Schlechte Küchenausstattung. Kein Toaster, anstatt einer Kaffeemaschine nur einen Mini-Espressokocher für eine Person! Kaffeetrinken zu zweit geht so gar nicht und gemütlich frühstücken ist damit auch schwierig. Sehr wenig Besteck und Teller. Kein Föhn. Also mit 60€ Investition wäre das alles zu lösen. So können wir die Unterkunft nur für Kurzzeitaufenthalte empfehlen und für Gäste, die möglichst außerhalb frühstücken, Mittag- und Abendessen.

Ankunft frustrierend

Die Anfangskommunikation war schon ziemlich gut. Es gibt einen Schlüsseltresor und alles hat geklappt wie beschrieben. Allerdings war die Wohnung von unseren Vormietern nicht geputzt, der Müll stand in der Wohnung, schmutzige Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Obwohl wir sogar eine Stunde nach der vereinbarten Zeit in der Wohnung waren. Sämtliche Telefonnummern waren nicht erreichbar und auch auf emails wurde nicht reagiert. Erst nach der Suche im Haus haben wir eine Reinigungskraft gefunden, die uns erklärt hat, dass wir uns aufgrund von Personalmangel noch gedulden müssten.sie kam dann ungefähr zwei Stunden nach dem eigentlichen Check-in-Termin und hat eine gute Stunde wirklich alles sehr perfekt gereinigt. Die Dame hat ihren Job auf jeden Fall sehr gut gemacht.Von der Vermietung hat sich auch nach drei Wochen niemand gemeldet..Ansonsten ist die Wohnung okay, etwas abgewohnt, aber funktioniell. Von einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche erwarten wir jedoch mehr als eine minimalistische Anzahl an Tellern und Tassen. Es gibt auch - selbst vom Dach - keinen Meerblick.Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für unsere Zwecke ausreichend gewesen, allerdings würden wir im Sommer nicht dort wohnen, da die Anlage sehr hellhörig ist.

Sejour à Mallorca Rooms décevant

Le logement etait bien situé et calme, avec une tres agréable terrasse. Un parking gratuit et ombragé face à la résidence est un plus. La procédure d'arrivée s'est faite en autonomie, mais, nous n'avions pas le No de l'appartement. Mais nous avons pu faire la deduction avec le code de la boite a clé. Dans lo logement, beaucoup de choses etaient cassées : . Des Lumieres extérieures et intérieures ne fonctionnaient pas. . Interrupteur avec un trou béant (dangereux). . Rideaux déchirés et non fixés aux rails. . Receveur de douche cassé, avec infiltration d'eau en plafond, au niveau du dessous. . Vaisselle tres succincte. . L'ensemble du mobilier est vetuste et usé, et qui ne correspond pas à des prestations de locations saisonnieres, meme de bas de gamme. J'ai envoyé des photos au loueur par whatsapp. Quel dedommagement êtes-vous prêt à nous accoder ? code de la boîte à clé. l'appartement

Lovely stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here, it was an easy check in and the host communicated and answered any questions I had. The location was perfect, close walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops near by. Safe, quiet residential area. Honestly overall was great and the apartment was clean.The bed is a split double bed and wasn’t the most comfortable but overall it worked for me and my boyfriend who were mostly out exploring the island and just stayed there to sleep. I would recommend it here!

Die Lage ist toll. Die Wohnung allerdings alt im renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand und schlecht ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war von den Vormietern nicht gereinigt, keine frischen Handtücher und die Betten nicht neu bezogen. Der Service war nicht errechbar und hat sich an den nächsten Tagen auch nicht gemeldet. Sehr schade, denn die Wohnung ist eigentlich nicht schlecht.

Vieles in der Wohnung ist kaputt und funktioniert nicht. Die Betten sind gut, das ist aber auch das einzige.

Está muy bien para 2 o 3 días.

Cons: Necesitaría tener la cocina más completa para poder pasar estancias más agradables y largas (horno, microondas, por ejemplo). Por lo demás, nos gusto mucho.
