Apartamento fantástico com vistas deslumbrantes.O Sr que nos recebeu sabia que a casa estava infestada de baratas deixou um sepray para as matar. Enviei um e-mail á responsável dizendo da questão das baratas e da base do chuveiro e do lavatório que estavam entupidos. Não obtive resposta da mesma. Ao fim de alguns dias veio um técnico que pôs alguns autocolantes que servem para atrair baratas que ficam coladas. Em relação á base do chuveiro entupida e ao lavatório ficou tudo na mesma entupidos.

Ende Mai - Anfang Juni

Wir waren mit der Organisation und Begleitung durch Frau Metz mehr als sehr zufrieden. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation mit Enrico vor Ort war ebenfalls perfekt. Wie auch schon der ein oder andere Urlauber vor uns berichtet hat, gibt es aber sicherlich Kleinigkeiten die optimiert werden könnten und leicht zu beheben sind. Die Duschwand hätte mal eine Erneuerung verdient und auch in den „Ecken“ wäre eine Reinigung machbar. Wie erwähnt, Kleinigkeiten und die Wohnung ist für uns ausreichend ausgestattet gewesen. Der Blick von nahezu jedem Fenster auf das Meer ist sensationell. Die Stufen können anstrengend sein, steht aber ja auch alles in der Beschreibung und das sollte man auf jeden Fall beachten. Wir können die Betreuung durch Frau Metz und Enrico nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Sabine und Uwe

Ein wirklich wunderschöner Ort

Zum wiederholten Mal in Cala Fornells. Ein wirklich wunderschöner Ort. Die Buchung bei Frau Merz hat super geklappt und wurde sehr freundlich begleitet. Der Service und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Enrico ist perfekt. Immer ansprechbar und super freundlich! Das Appartement liegt traumhaft direkt über dem Meer. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, muss man wissen, dass es schon einige Treppen sind, um zur Wohnung zu kommen. Dafür hat man aber auch das Meer direkt vor sich. Die Terrasse ist eigentlich das Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung selbst ist leider ziemlich einfach ausgestattet. Das Sofa ist leider richtig schäbig (aber zum Glück muss man das bei entsprechendem Wetter nicht nutzen). Die Duschabtrennung hat man auch schnell mal in der Hand…. Das Geschirr zum Teil 70er Jahre chic….Ansonsten ist die Küche in Ordnung ausgestattet. Deko ist natürlich Geschmacksache, aber liebevoll sieht es nicht aus. Einiges ist schon neu, aber aktuell ist noch recht viel Luft nach oben. Schade eigentlich, weil die Wohnung traumhaft liegt und sauber ist. Anmerkung von Mallorcahome: vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Bewertung und Ihr erneutes Vertrauen. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Ihnen die Lage des Appartements, der Service von Enrico sowie die Betreuung durch Mallorcahome so gut gefallen haben. Ihr konstruktives Feedback nehmen wir sehr ernst. Einer unserer schönsten Mallorca-Urlaube

Die Stufen zur Wohnung waren schon ein wenig viele. Steht aber dankenderweise auch so beim Objekt drin. Die Wohnung hat ein excellente Lage mit sensationeller Aussicht und grossem Balkon. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Ein grosses Kompliment auch an die Organisation, die sehr freundlich und kompetent war. Wir nutzten diese Ferien im Frühling als Wanderferien. Sogar direkt ab der Unterkunft kann man toll wandern.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten zum zweiten Mal ein Apartment in Cala Fornells über Mallorcahome gebucht. Von Angebot über Buchung und Betreuung vor Ort hat alles super und reibungslos geklappt. Die Größe und Ausstattung dieses Apartment hat uns gefallen, schade ist, dass im Wohnzimmer keine Klimanlage vorhanden ist. Dies könnte noch verbessert werden. Auch beim Sofa und der Dusche könnte man mal eine Erneuerung in Betracht ziehen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft ebenso die tolle Terrasse, die echt sehr groß ist. Die Nähe zum Pool in der Anlage hat uns auch gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und hat funktioniert.

Bonjour, Je vous confirme que nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La maison est idéalement située. La vue sur mer est exceptionnelle et nous avons également aimé la piscine. Direkt über dem Meer

Wir waren im März 24 da und hatten super Wetter.Die Wohnung hat eine Toplage. Zwar ist noch eine Wohnung darunter mit grosser Terrasse , aber die Gäste waren meist ruhig. Man sieht vom Balkon direkt aufs Meer und hört auch das Meeresrauschen.Die Wohnung ist schön und hat alles, was man braucht( ausser eine Nespressokapselmaschine, aber das ist nur mein Wunsch). Wlan ging die esten Tage sehr gut, danach war es eher schwach. Aber es ist die beste Lage, die ich je hatte, weil ich gern direkt am Meer bin.Herzlichen Dank!
