The house has central gas heating. The first gas bottle will be provided; additional bottles are the guests' responsibility and must be paid for at the current rate. Charging electric cars or motorhomes is not allowed. Parties are not permitted. Please inform the host in advance if you wish to bring pets. Pets are allowed upon prior request and are subject to an extra fee. The water is not recommended for direct consumption. The house is located in a rural area, so typical countryside smells and noises may occur.
