Brand-new Frisian-style house (completion April 2023) in Hilgenriedersiel, right next to the only natural swimming beach!<br><br>You’ll experience this house’s special highlight the moment you walk in: the open loft with high ceilings and a large skylight in the living area. Here you’ll find a cosy L-shaped sofa with a large TV and a wood-burning stove. Right next to it is the dining area with a table and six chairs, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, Nespresso capsule machine, electric kettle, and a food processor.<br>Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed, TV, and wardrobe, as well as the spacious bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, toilet, electric towel warmer, and an infrared sauna.<br><br>Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, each with a closet and a TV—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also another shower room here with a heated towel rack and a hair dryer.<br><br>From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished terrace with a patio umbrella and sun loungers; a lockable garden shed with an electrical socket is also available in the garden. The garden is fenced in.<br><br>The house’s storage room contains a washer-dryer, ironing board, iron, and clothes rack; a high chair and a travel cot (including mattress) are also provided.<br><br>The house is a non-smoking property. Rentals are only permitted without pets. <br><br>The entire house has underfloor heating. All main windows are equipped with pleated blinds and fly screens; the bedrooms also have roller shutters.<br><br>The house includes one parking space. A wallbox for charging an electric car is also available upon separate booking and payment.<br><br>Wi-Fi is available free of charge! (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed. Unfortunately, the local network infrastructure isn’t particularly good, so the hybrid router we use already maximises the available speed.)<br><br>During the Easter and fall breaks, this property is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.<br><br>The neighbouring houses are called “Nordperle,” “Strandhaus Meeresluft,” “Strandmeerchen,” “Stüürmanns Huus,” and “Waikiki,” should you need more space.<br><br>The holiday home is located in peaceful Hilgenriedersiel, a small coastal village on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Surrounded by green meadows and dikes, guests can enjoy a relaxed and natural atmosphere here. The charming sandy beach of Hilgenriedersiel is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers sweeping views of the Wadden Sea—ideal for long walks and birdwatching. Nearby towns such as Nessmersiel and Dornumersiel offer restaurants, shopping, and recreational activities.
