The holiday apartment "Kleon 1" in Riffian offers you a south-facing balcony with a dining table and stunning panoramic views of the South Tyrolean mountains, making it an ideal base for a relaxing holiday in the Passeier Valley. On 35 m², you will find a living area with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, dish soap, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all standard cooking utensils, and a fridge with a small freezer compartment, as well as a dining area and a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed, plus satellite TV. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, desk, and satellite TV. The bathroom is fully equipped with a rain shower, bidet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror. Free Wi-Fi and a wall safe are available. Bed linen, towels, and dish towels are provided. A sauna can be used for an extra fee. The shared outdoor pool and garden are also at your disposal. The communal pool is open from early May to late September, depending on the weather. Public transport is within walking distance. A parking space is available. Families are warmly welcome. Pets are not allowed. NEW from 2027: Air conditioning.

Moderne neue Ausstattung in guter Lage

Pros: Die Ausstattung war fast neu und modern. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns gefühlt wie Zuhause. Der Ausblick war malerisch von unserem Balkon. Es gab genug Parkplätze vorm Haus. Bäckerei und Metzgerei waren fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Außerdem waren die Betreiber der Pension sehr nett. Cons: Eine kleine Anmerkung hätte ich schon. Das Schild vor der Einfahrt müsste freigeschnitten werden. Wir sind nämlich zuerst auf den Parkplatz einer anderen Pension gefahren 😀
