Located near downtown Greenville, this home is ideal for those who want to enjoy a night on the town, yet be able to wake up and walk across the street to the beach the next day. This traditional New England Home from the early 1900's on the outside, is new and comfortable on the inside.



Prepare cost-saving meals in your well-equipped full kitchen, then enjoy quality time together at the dining room table or outside on the picnic table. The inviting living area, with its 70" flatscreen smart TV and huge sectional, is the ideal place to gather for movie nights, game nights or just to chill on rainy afternoons. While outside, this home sits on a large in-town lot with a covered front porch and a fire pit for those evening cookouts and s'mores!



You will be within walking distance of many Greenville staples such as the Stress-Free Moose, Red Cross Beach (Moosehead Lake), and downtown Greenville.



Popular activities include whitewater rafting, fishing, hunting, golfing, ATV rentals, boating, boat rentals, and more. Direct access to ATV and snowmobile ITS trails located on the property! Launch your boat at the public at Greenville Junction less than two miles away from your door.



Other in-home amenities include a mudroom for all of the gear and plenty of parking space for 12 vehicles or several trucks and snowmobile or ATV trailers. Full laundry room, all linens provided.
