With amazing views of Moosehead Lake, this lakefront cottage sits in an ideal setting. With a large lawn, towering birch trees and open lake views, you will be inclined never to leave this Greenville property. Centrally located just one mile from downtown Greenville, the location of this vacation rental is perfect for summer and winter enjoyment: World-class snowmobiling and fishing, Squaw Ski Resort just 7 miles away and the Red Cross Beach is only 2 minutes away by foot.

Unique features of this property include a large living room with great views of the lake, a bedroom with queen size bunk beds for little kids and big kids alike, a master bedroom with en-suite and a large kitchen (with a gas range, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker requiring k-cups) and dining room each with lake views. There is also a large deck with furniture and a BBQ grill available to renters.

We also offer a canoe and kayak for our renters to use.

This lakefront vacation rental is truly a cozy and comfortable cottage for a single family, multiple families or couples, designed to ensure a great deal of fun for all.

Wide open lake views from almost all rooms, the spacious and comfortable living room had plenty of room for our large family, enough to seat 15 adults comfortably. The home was spacious, clean and has everything you need. The waterfront is very nice and easy to go to from the house. Comfy and inviting, and SO close to all the fun places to go for dinner after boating all day. Super close to the landing to launch your boat too.

What a comfortable, peaceful home. Lots of seating both inside and out. Do I want to sit on the dock, on the patio, on the porch at a table, in the chairs by the firepit?
