The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave all 5 wristbands, parking pass, and laundry key in the whale dish by the door. Lost wristbands incur a $20 replacement fee.
Please return all beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, & other beach equipment to the guest bedroom closet after rinsing off any sand.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
