Beautiful view

The cottage has a beautiful view on the Thuringerwald. Host has great (historical) knowledge of the surroundings. The nearby Forrest pool is a lovely place to go for a swim.

Peaceful and quiet home on the edge of the forest

We stayed on this property from 31st July till 4th August 2024.The property is located on the edge of the forest giving an unobstructed view of the forest. The property looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very nice and the check-in was very smooth. We had a great time staying at this property.

Nice and comfortable stay in the Thuringian Forest

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. The owner is very committed and is more than willing to help you out and make your stay more comfortable. We very much appreciated it. The view of the cottage is lovely, the busy road at the front of the house is hardly noticeable while sitting outside. There’s a storage unit at the front of the house where you can store your bikes, ski’s, or in our case our walking equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a small couch and a chair, as well as a small dining table. There’s one bedroom with a double bed in the bedroom on the ground floor. There’s another single bed on the (open) first floor. When we stayed at this cottage, the bathroom still needed a shower enclosure. We enjoyed a comfortable stay at this place with a lot of walking options in the area. Recommended!

Gezellig goed ingerichte woning en keuken met prachtig vrij uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer/keuken en terras op de omgeving. Ruime badkamer. Eigenaar is vriendelijk en weet je veel over de natuur en geschiedenis van de regio te vertellen. Echt een plek om te genieten.

Das Haus und seine Ausstattung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist prima, da man direkt vom Haus aus auf die Skier steigen kann - oder natürlich auch in die Wanderschuhe oder aufs Fahrrad, wenn mal kein Schnee liegt - und der Blick in das kleine Tal ist sicher nicht nur im Winter sehr schön.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und stets zeitnah, der Checkin vor Ort unkompliziert.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir können das Haus „Bergwiese“ in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung war super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und die Gegend war perfekt um ein paar Tage dem Stadt-Trubel zu entkommen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben die Unterkunft genossen.Genau wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben.Thüringen ist immer ein Ausflug wert.Wir haben uns nach etwas Entspannung, Auszeit vom stressigen Alltag gesehnt. Genau das haben wir bekommen. Ein schönes Häuschen, mit ausreichendem Platz. Entspannt in den Tag hinein gelebt und entspannt zuende gebracht. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Vom großen Parkplatz bis zur Kaffeemaschine war alles vorhanden. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch und sagen herzlichen Dank. Gruß die Küstenlümmel

Mooi, rustig gelegen huisje

Huisje ligt mooi. Overdekt terras op het zuiden. Wij misten wel een parasol, een paar haken en schaduwdoek van de Tedi losten dat op. Geen bakkertje in het dorp, maar met een oven en afbakbroodjes vonden wij dat geen probleem. De huiskamer heeft geen gordijnen wat betekent dat de schuifdeur naar de slaapkamer dicht moet, en dus herrie maakt bij de nachtelijke toiletgang. Gordijnen in de slaapkamer zijn ook maar net aan. Evenals het beddegoed. Wij vonden de bedden vrij hard, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Keukeninventaris lijkt ons voor 4 personen wat beperkt voor 2 echter prima. Behalve wandelen is er in de directe omgeving niet veel te beleven, dan moet je wat verder weg. Voor ons geen probleem. Wij hebben 2 prima weken gehad. wat betekent

Hält alles, was es verspricht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und während unseres Aufenthalts nichts in dem wunderschönen Häuschen vermißt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft und direkt im Ort gehen mehrere Wanderwege ab. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht wieder weg.
