Lawrenceburg is a great location for the bourbon trail. With 30 distilleries less than an hour away it is the perfect place to call home while you’re on the trail. It is also 30 minutes to Keeneland and an hour to Churchill Downs.
What makes this property unique
This house was built by John and Mary Dowling in 1886. Who owned a few distilleries in Lawrenceburg Kentucky. This home offers original trim, doors, hardwood floors, and the original stain glass. There’s so much this house has to offer and we can not wait to host you!
