Wir haben uns, als fittes Rentnerpaar mit unserer Schäferhündin Fine, aus Schleswig-Holstein kommend, bewusst für diese Ferienwohnung im Frankenland entschieden, und wurden nicht enttäuscht.Die Ankunft war perfekt. Unsere Vermieterin begrüßte uns sehr warmherzig und zeigte uns die bezaubernde Ferienwohnung. Die Lage, die Räumlichkeiten und die wirklich perfekte Ausstattung und liebevolle Einrichtung haben uns begeistert. Für 2 Personen mit Hund ideal, um sich nach anstrengenden Wanderungen, auf die schöne Terrasse zu setzen, die Aussicht zu genießen und aus der Küche, aus dem Kaffeeautomaten,einen leckeren Kaffee zu trinken. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit dort ganz herzlich bei Carolin und Carsten

Spitzenklasse

Die Ferienwohnung in Niedermirsberg haben wir in einer Notsituation (Umbau unserer Wohnung in Forchheim und Erkältung) super ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet vorgefunden. Ein Augenschmauss mit echtem Wohfühlfaktor. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und geschlafen wie Babys. Wir werden die Gastgeber unbedingt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Frau Schmidhuber, mit der wir alles problemlos abwickeln konnten. LG senden Antje und Joachim Malzer

Schöne Wohnung

Eine schöne Wohnung. Sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert und in der Küche findet man alles, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns dort mit unserem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein absoluter Traum ist die große Terrasse. Wir haben sie so oft genutzt, wie es Wetterbedingt möglich war. Frau Schmidhuber ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche.
