1st Floor
The first floor features a game room with a large 55" TV, poker table, darts, Pac Man, foosball and a large selection of board games. The game room is also equipped with a wet bar perfect for group gatherings. Just off the game room is a spacious bunk room with two queen beds, a trundle bed (2 twin beds) a futon, 1.5 bathrooms and a laundry room.

2nd Floor
The second floor offers an expansive living room made for gathering, with doors that open to a massive deck overlooking beautiful Fair Haven Bay. The space flows into a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a convenient half bath.

3rd Floor
On the third floor, you’ll find a private primary suite with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Just down the hall are three additional queen bedrooms and another full bathroom.
