The house "Bellevue" is ideally situated just 50 meters from the beach and serves as an excellent starting point for various activities. Guests can enjoy restaurants, a playground, and a skating area nearby. Amenities like a bakery, bike rental, and a gym are also within 800 meters. Parking is conveniently available at the house.

Please note that from March 2026, a comprehensive concrete renovation will take place in the Bellevue complex, affecting all three buildings. This will halt vacation rentals until early 2027, with bookings accepted on a provisional basis.

Bookings for 2027 are currently accepted under reservation, as the house looks forward to welcoming guests post-renovation.
