Welcome to the Tannenberg Holiday Rental in Bayerisch Gmain, the popular holiday destination in the Bad Reichenhall–Berchtesgaden–Salzburg holiday triangle. The Tannenberg House, formerly the hunting lodge of the Counts of Plain, has been family-owned and operated since 1903. The access road is open only to residents and guests (no through traffic). Here, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. A private lawn with a barbecue area invites you to relax. Free parking is available. The bus stops for Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, and Salzburg are just a few minutes’ walk away and can be used free of charge with the guest card.
The Tannenberg holiday rental features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one bedroom with a single bed. Each of the three rooms has its own bathroom. The kitchen, which includes a dining area, is fully equipped with an oven, stove, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, dishes and glasses, pots and pans, and silverware. On the balcony, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or wind down in the evening while taking in the view of the mountains. We look forward to welcoming you.
Hiking trails begin right outside the front door. For experienced hikers, the Predigtstuhl, Hochschlegel, Dötzenkopf, Wappachkopf, and Schlafende Hexe trails are easily accessible. A great adventure for kids—the Weißbach Gorge. In winter, when snow conditions are good, you can enjoy the cross-country ski trail right behind our house.
