Das Haus liegt am Berg und hat einen guten Ausblick über den See, ein wenig eingeschränkt durch ein Haus davor. Parkplatz eher für Fiat Panda und keine größere Autos gedacht. Eine veraltete Küche, keine Kaffeemaschine, Möbel im Haus sind "irgendwie zusammengestellt" (kommt uns so vor als hätte man irgendwo immer wieder günstige Möbel erhalten und diese ins Objekt gebracht). Dusche teils defekt und mit einem Vorhang "geflickt".Da das Haus an einer engen Strasse liegt, fahren ständige hupendes Autos vorbei um auf sich aufmerksam zu machen. Man kann sich daran gewöhnen. Grill auf dem Grundstück ist sehr alt und verrostet, haben wir besser nicht verwendet.Kommunikation mit InterHome war nur über WhatsApp möglich und nicht wirklich hilfreich. Das Haus und Einrichtung werden nach dem Mini-Max-Prinzip vermietet. Minimaler Invest in einfachste Ausstattung zu maximal möglichen Preis. Da haben wir viel bessere Häuser mit Preis-Leistung in der Region gehabt.

Hoch über dem See

Schönes Ferienhaus, gut aufgeteilt, so dass man sich auch mal zurück ziehen kann.Alles sehr gepflegt.Neu ist wohl der Iduktionsherd, in der Beschreibung stand noch Gas. Bei Benutzung aller 4 Platten flog leider die Sicherung. Mit Hilfe lieber Nachbarn und dem Vermieter fanden wir schliesslich den Sicherungskasten unten am Tor. Spannende Technikeinlage am Rande, aber sonst alles wunderbar.

Un lieu reposant et confortable

Nous avons apprécié cette grande maison sur 3 niveaux, avec sa grande terrasse et la vue imprenable sur le lac. Les chambres sont très accueillantes et mignonnes.

Schönes Haus

Vor Anreise meldete sich die Agentur bei uns mit allen Infos. Dadurch konnten wir das Haus einfach finden und der Check-In lief reibungslos. Überraschend war, dass es ein paar Meter weiter, weitere Parkplätze gab was sehr gut war denn der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war für unser Auto zu klein (Achtung bei Anreise mit großem Auto auch wegen enger und steilen Straßen) Sehr gut war außerdem die Kommunikation mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin Claudia die uns immer half, wenn es etwas zu beachten gab. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen Grill und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher. Bei Ankunft war das Haus beheizt, was sehr angenehm war. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein Badezimmer, also insgesamt 3 Stück und die Betten sind weich, aber bequem. Man hatte von den Balkonen einen wunderschönen Ausblick und Geschäfte sowie Restaurants sind mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Wir können das Ferienhaus komplett empfehlen!

Casa Glicine

- Vaste voordeur vergrendeling, heb ik gerepareerd om deur goed te laten sluiten. - Koelkast deur sloot niet of nauwelijks, waardoor slechte koeling en veel condens. - We hebben zelf wastafel 1ste etage moeten ontstoppen. - SSID WiFi verkeerd opgegeven, een leek had dit niet werkend gekregen. - Douchewand op 2de etage lekt in ernstige mate, water liep tot in slaapgedeelte. - Glijstang douche 1ste etage defect, zelf gerepareerd. - Met magnetron op keukenblad, werkruimte onvoldoende.

Please always notify the keyholder on the spot if defects are found during the stay, so they can be resolved as quick as possible.

Location agréable

La location correspond bien à l'annonce, propre et agréable. La terrasse est spacieuse, les chambres assez grandes. Au premier abord l'accès à la location peut paraître compliquée mais on s'y fait vite. On y a passé un très bon moment.
