Catherine was so communicative and welcoming, even getting us a car when we were stranded in the rain after a long travel day. The chalet feels brand new, fresh and clean with very comfortable beds and lovely views of the surrounding mountains. It was easy to access the pool, spa and gym of the Mountains Hotel through a gate just outside the kitchen door (but thanks to good soundproofing, we weren’t bothered by noise from the pool area). We loved the sauna and when we briefly had difficulty with the WiFi, Catherine helped us fix it right away. A wonderful place to stay in a very beautiful part of Austria.

Ein einmalig schönes Chalet mit top Ausstattung,super gelegen. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die etwas lauten Nachbarn über uns,aber das konnten wir zum Glück ignorieren.
