A warm welcome to our modern, nautically themed “Happyness” Smarthome holiday rental. The holiday rental was lovingly completed in mid-June 2023, and we look forward to welcoming our guests :) Welcome to our “Happyness” holiday rental in Aurich-Tannenhausen, your cosy retreat nestled between the North Sea, a swimming lake, and authentic farm life. It’s located on the “P’s Happyness” farm, is lovingly furnished, and combines a rural atmosphere with modern comforts. Here, you’ll experience a natural, animal-friendly, and warm stay—just as our farm is meant to be: down-to-earth, family-oriented, and right in the midst of real life. Whether as a starting point for your explorations of East Frisia, for a relaxing getaway, or simply for a little break from everyday life—we look forward to welcoming you here. Your holiday rental: The apartment has a separate entrance and can accommodate up to three people. A comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) awaits you in the bedroom. The living area also features a sleeper sofa for one additional person. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on warm summer days. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, as well as dishes and cooking utensils. Bed linens, towels, and free Wi-Fi via Starlink are, of course, included. Board games and a small selection of books are also available for leisurely evenings. A private parking space is located right next to the accommodation. Secure storage is provided for bicycles and e-bikes. Dogs are welcome with prior notice. Discover East Frisia: Thanks to its convenient location, you can reach city centre Aurich, the North Sea coast, and numerous tourist attractions quickly and easily. Our holiday rental is located on the farm behind a grassy earthen embankment and combines a rural atmosphere with easy access. Depending on the time of day, traffic noise may occasionally be audible. The popular Tannenhausen swimming lake, featuring a water ski facility, water park, beach area, pedal boats, beach bar, and café, is only about 1.5 kilometres away. Cyclists, nature lovers, and North Sea holidaymakers will also find ideal conditions here for a varied and enjoyable holiday. After an eventful day, you can wind down the evening by the pond, enjoy the farm atmosphere, and let your mind wander.
