The name “Balun” is inspired by the most widespread and frequently performed traditional dance on the Istrian peninsula.The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The modern kitchen and spacious living room lead to an outdoor terrace and swimming pool, where guests can enjoy sunbathing on loungers, refresh themselves under the outdoor shower, and pets even have their own dedicated pool approximately 75 cm wide. The outdoor area also includes a barbecue and a children’s playground, perfect for family moments.The villa’s location is very convenient - a shop is only 550 m away and a restaurant 450 m. The village offers a 1 km circular walking trail, and nature lovers can visit a farm of Istrian Boškarin cattle. Nearby attractions include the Glavani Adrenaline Park (7.5 km), Feštinsko kraljevstvo Cave (8 km), and Morosini-Grimani Castle (6.9 km).
