I would highlight that the AC is in the master only. The door lock needs a replacement it sticks. Proximity to poipu beach is amazing.

We had a great stay overall. The accommodations were comfortable and very spacious, and the location was perfect for us. Communication was excellent, with very quick response times.The only issue was the air conditioning, which is located only in the bedroom. I’m not sure whether this was noted in the property description, but the rest of the unit became quite warm during our stay, even with the fans and a breeze.Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend the property for its spaciousness, location, and responsive host.

PERFECT BEACH LOCATION & BEST POOL!

Our stay was amazing! Location perfect! The pool and beach are just right there. The kids loved it and we especially loved it, super convenient to the best of Poipu. Walk to everything. Walk to Brenneckes to swim and boogie board and just a few minutes to check out the turtles on the beach. Food within walking distance. The tennis courts were nice too. The condo was spacious and love that the doors open onto the lawn and gardens. Plus plenty of parking, just right there. Super comfy condo. They keep it really clean. Has everything we needed. Jeremy and Kristen at Destination are top notch. We love it at Manualoha @ Poipu Kai, we'll be back!

This is a FANTASTIC place, very well located, very quiet, and close to everything...fabulous... The only recommendation is to replace the sofa bed mattress; it needs replacing. Otherwise, everything is great.
