Lovely little place with all the amenities. The price was comparable to others in the area, but you get so much more bang for the buck in the northern part of the island, I think I would choose to stay up there next time.

Amazing time in Poipu!

Location of this property was amazing, since all we wanted to do was swim and sun. Best beaches. The AC was great to have, and there were many nice extras (chairs, umbrellas, etc)!

Great Location

My husband and kids stayed here and had a great experience. The beach was a short walk away and right by a beach chair/snorkel rental shop. The place was very clean and the hosts were extremely responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

I loved this property the minute I walked in. Very clean, perfect location to the beach and shopping Absolutely zero complaints. It was a 10 out of 10 and I most definitely would stay here again and recommend to others. Wish I was still there!

Great Place to Stay

Nice condo. Great view of the ocean. Good location on the island where you can get to both far west and far north in an hour or less. Well stocked kitchen. A/C worked perfectly. Great beach chairs. Would definitely recommend for a great stay on Kauai!

Excellent Stay, So Close to Poipu Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Hale Kahanalu, and it was everything we hope it would be, especially the location which is steps away from Poipu Beach. We would visit the beach often after coming home from exploring the island because of how close it is. Communicating with concierge via the RentalHost app was super convenient. I highly recommend this property. Mahalo!

Time off in kauai

We came to poi pu to see the other side of Kauai. We usually stay in Hanalei. Really like the apartment location so close to beach. AA meeting on beach 2 minute walk. Sea turtles on beach 2 minute walk. Monk seal on beach two minute walk… perfect location at affordable price.

Our room was as described, but tired. Communication with the management company was great. I reached out several times and they responded within minutes. However, the three separate AC units (not central AC) were very noisy when the pump activated and kept us awake all night with the intermittent loud, sharp buzz and hums. By the second night, we had to turn the AC units off. Bummer in hot, humid weather. The shower appeared to be under repair - the bottom part was painted a bright red, Seemed to be a water proofing material. And the shower water temp constantly fluctuated from cool to too-hot. The shower head malfunctioned and could not be switched to the more powerful stream of water. It took a mighty long shower to get the shampoo rinsed out of my hair. The dishwasher is missing its kickplate.

Perfect!

My mom and I stayed here for six nights and it was the perfect spot for us--cozy, great view, enough space with the two bedrooms, very functional kitchen, and a FANTASTIC location (which is mainly why we booked this unit). The team at Kauai Exclusive Realty was also so helpful, responsive, and accommodating--we truly appreciate their communication and customer service. It was tough to leave a few days ago and I already can't wait to stay here again someday!

Overall, comfortable, clean unit. Perfect location near Poipu Beach Park. Kitchen stocked with all the needed amenities. One thing to consider is the unit is on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator.

Great location!

The unit size was a good for the 3 of us. Nice quiet street close to Poipu Beach. A/C worked great. Beach chairs, umbrella & cooler were nice to have available for us to use. The kitchen chairs were very rickety, & difficult for my 81 yr old mother. Need new/more saucepans/frying pans. Need dishtowels in the kitchen, had to use bathroom ones.
