Hi! We're your hosts Moriah and Matt. We are so excited you're experiencing this slice of heaven we've been pouring our hearts and souls into! If you need anything, just give us a call- we live right around the corner!

Why they chose this property

This house was originally built by Matt's grandfather and perfectly ensconces nature's beauty and the quaintness of Downeast Maine. Take a quiet walk, explore one of the many old cemeteries nearby, or just sit and listen to the river run.

What makes this property unique

Built directly into the ground, this house is naturally cooled and warmed by the earth!
Also, the scenery is unmatched- You may see geese flying down the river, a doe peering at you from across the marsh, or watch an eagle fishing from the front yard swing!
