The house is only 50 meters from the port, the ideal starting point to explore the magnificent beaches of the Gulf of Orosei with rental motorboats and dinghies. The property has a parking space. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or organizing parties is not permitted. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. The interior of the property is step-free, making access easier.
