When we arrived to the property, we quickly realized that the air conditioning wasn't in "every room" as listed. This property has air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and not in the main area which makes the house overall very warm. The air conditioning is also operated with a key that you are unable to keep running if you leave the house so there's no real way to keep the house cool during these hot hot summer months. You have to restart the process every time you come & go from the property. Unfortunately, the air conditioners were also broken. The host was very responsive throughout this but we were unable to stay due to the broken AC. Depsite her quick response, the third party she uses "Holidu" has been very poor at communication throughout the process and ultimately, the refund process has been challenging, TLDR: Host is exceptional & responsive, third party booking Holidu is a nightmare in case anything happens, Air conditioning NOT in every room. Only in bedrooms. Main area is very warm!

Schönes Appartement in der Stadt

Pros: Das alles so schön erreichbar war zu Fuß Cons: Die Badezimmer von zwei Schlafzimmern sind sehr klein und die Dusche ist kaum verwendbar für Erwachsene. Das das Appartment keine Klimaanlage hat ist schon sehr unangenehm da es in der Nacht kaum abkühlt. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei kleine Fenster und ein kleines Dachfenster wo den ganzen Tag die Sonne hinein scheint und in der Nacht ist es unerträglich heiß.

Ein hübsches, ungewöhnliches Haus

Pros: In erster Linie die Lage, wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, Einkauf, Restaurants, Hafen - man kann hier viel unternehmen und hat keine weiten Wege. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Cons: Die Betten müssten mal gewechselt werden - sie sind ziemlich liegeunfreundlich.
