Welcome to our 140-square-meter Schaaf holiday home with a balcony. Our stylish holiday home spans two floors and features a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining room, and a beautiful living room. Dogs are also welcome here, and a parking space is available. Bed linens and towels are already included in the rental price. You can use Wi-Fi free of charge. Enjoy a relaxing stay in the Rhineland in the Westerwald. A cash deposit of €150.00 is due upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure. In our high-quality holiday home, you’ll find: 3 bedrooms with double beds, closets, and flat-screen TVs; 1 bedroom with a single bed. A fully equipped kitchen, including a dining area, is furnished with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, oven, Tassimo, Senseo, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Two beautiful bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The modern living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. Pets (up to 2 dogs) are welcome. Since September 2025, our guests have had access to a new, large, 50-square-meter covered sun terrace with a glass roof, seating, and fully enclosed. Lower Westerwald near the Nassau Nature Reserve, close to Koblenz, golf course, boat tours on the Rhine and Moselle, the pilgrimage site of Schönstatt, the Vulkaneifel with its maars, the Geierlay suspension bridge, “Rhine in Flames,” Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and the Deutsches Eck with its cable car, thermal baths, the Brohltalbahn and Brexbachtalbahn railways, the Rhine/Moselle and Westerwald hiking trails, Europe’s largest cold-water geyser, the Mendig lava dome, Niederwerth Island, Maria Laach Abbey, Neuwied Zoo, Gackenbach Wildlife Park, bowling, canoeing on the Lahn, Stöffelpark, Limes Hiking Trail, wine festivals, various castles and palaces, climbing forest, airfield, ceramics.
