Suite 2 at The Gem Stays is a thoughtfully designed two-level suite offers a comfortable stay for families, small groups, and business travelers. The main floor includes the living area, kitchenette, and an accessible full bathroom, while the bedrooms are located on the second level of the suite.

Includes wheelchair-accessible bathroom facilities, making it a great option for guests who require accessible washroom features.

Suite 2 is part of The Gem Stays, a boutique collection of guest suites.

The suite is designed across two levels.

Main Floor

Second Floor

• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 – Double bed
• Half bathroom

The layout allows guests to enjoy a separate living space and private sleeping areas, making it ideal for groups traveling together.

The suite includes a light-use kitchenette, equipped with:

Please note that full cooking facilities are not available in this suite.

• Shared hallways and access areas within the building

Please note:

The Main Lobby and Event Space are not included with accommodation-only reservations.

Exclusive access to these areas is only available when the Event Space has been reserved separately through The Gem Event Centre.

Accessibility

• Elevator access is available to the main accommodation level
• Suite 2 includes an accessible full bathroom on the main floor

Please note:

• Bedrooms are located on the second level of the suite and require stair access
• The accessible sleeping arrangement is the queen pull-out sofa located on the main floor

Ambient Noise

The property is located near a highway and railway corridor, and occasional ambient noise may occur.

House Rules Reminder

Parties, unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, or exceeding the approved occupancy are not permitted. Violations of house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Smoking or vaping (including cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the property and within 10 meters of the building. A $500 fine will be imposed for any violation of this policy.
