Recht neues Haus,sehr gute Lage

Pros: Die gute Lage (besonders im Winter wenn man Ski fahren will) aber auch im Sommer top. Ruhig und doch recht Zentral gelegen. Sehr Positiv,das man ein Haustier mitbringen darf. Sehr Geschmackvoll eingerichtet Cons: Soll nicht als Kritik nur als Verbesserungsvorschlag gelten. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wäre top. Der an sich (echt tolle) Raumteiler zwischen Wohn und Essbereich würde ich nur halb hoch machen dann wäre der Essbereich viel heller. Bei unserem Aufenthalt waren leider ein paar Sachen defekt,so z.b.die Spülmaschine,die Ablaufstöpsel im Bad von den Handwaschbecken,sowie das Fenster im Schlafzimmer. Da wir aber selbst eine FeWo vermieten wissen wir aus Erfahrung,das wenn die Vormieter nichts sagen man auch nicht immer alles durchtestet (also diese Punkte sind nicht unbedingt als Kritik anzusehen). Ach ja,ein Safe sollte bei der Preisklasse eigentlich als Standard dazugehören.
