Escape to Jay Brook Cottage, a newly built (2025) cozy mountain retreat just 6 minutes from Jay Peak Resort. Tucked between two babbling brooks in the heart of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, this peaceful getaway blends modern comfort with the beauty of nature.

After a day of skiing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, or exploring, unwind in the private cedar sauna overlooking the brook, gather around the fire pit, or relax on the covered porch with the soothing sounds of the water.

Inside you'll find soaring cathedral ceilings, radiant in-floor heat, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and sleeping accommodations for up to six guests with a custom full-over-king bunk room and private upstairs queen suite.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples' getaway, or outdoor adventure, Jay Brook Cottage is the perfect home base for experiencing Jay Peak and the Northeast Kingdom in every season.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure dishes are done and put away. Please empty coffee maker before leaving.
Leave used beds unmade. All towels should be left in the bathroom If you use the Sauna please leave it clean. No shoes inside.
Make sure fire pit is out & grill is turned off and cover is on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
