The sleeping setup includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, a bunk room and a sofa in the living room. Outside, the home features a private dock and boat ramp, a private rooftop pool, fenced yard, firepit, grill, outdoor kitchen and dining area, hammock, balconies and multiple places to relax by the water. Inside you will find a modern full kitchen, Wi-Fi and Ethernet, workspace, laundry, central air conditioning and entertainment areas. A garage, street parking and an EV charger support easy arrivals.
