Welcome to our holiday rental at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland!

Birgit, Roman, and our daughter Nina look forward to your visit. We’re always happy to offer advice and assistance.

Pets are welcome in our holiday rental by prior arrangement. Additional fees may apply. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. A parking space in front of the house is available for our guests.



Pegnitz Holiday Rental:

The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of our two-family home and measures 85 square metres. It features a spacious living room, bedroom, children’s room, kitchen, and bathroom.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, a cabinet, a cosy sitting area, and a TV. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are provided free of charge. A portable air conditioner is also available.

The spacious kitchen features a dining area, as well as a refrigerator, freezer, oven with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave. Dishes, silverware, and tea towels are also provided.

The bedroom, which features a double bed (180x200), is also furnished with a wardrobe. The children’s room includes a chest of drawers for clothing and sleeping accommodation for two children (or three, if necessary).

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. A hair dryer is provided. Hand towels and bath towels are provided.

The holiday rental is complemented by a west-facing balcony that gets plenty of afternoon sun.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist stets zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gibt. Die FeWo ist perfekt für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Einfach wunderbar!

Wir wurden super herzlich von Familie Markert empfangen. In der Wohnung wurde uns alles genau erklärt und was sich in der näheren Umgebung befindet. Familie Markert war immer erreichbar, wenn man was wissen wollte und hat sich lieb um alles gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Unserer Meinung nach ist sie über dem Standard eingerichtet und bestückt. Sauberkeit top, nichts zu meckern. Kinderzimmer ist süß eingerichtet und Spielsachen findet man im Schrank. Pegnitz ist ein schöner Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt an der Wohnung, kurz über die Straße und schon ist man da. Ein Ärztehaus ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ortskern ist sehr schön, ruhig und entspannt. Man kann ein leckeres Eis gönnen oder/und lecker italienisch essen. Der Spielplatz und die Parkanlage ist super gepflegt und die Kids können sich richtig austoben. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen und werden uns auf jeden Fall noch einmal in der Ferienwohnung einnisten. :-)
