Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close the front living room curtains. Remove used sheets from the beds and place them by the washer. Leave comforters on the beds.
Lock backyard sliding door and front door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM No parties If traveling with dogs, please ensure they are kept calm and do not bark excessively
Trash/Recycling: Trash is collected on Wednesdays—place bins out Tuesday evening. The blue lid bin is for recycling (picked up every other week)
