Very beautiful chalet "Bonâme", 3 storeys, built in 2010. On the outskirts, in a quiet position. Private: beautiful garden to relax. In the house: ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking, single garage. Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1.3 km, railway station "Sion" 17.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, ski bus stop 300 m, children's playground 1.6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 vallées Tracouet 1.3 km. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Bonâme", 5-room chalet 188 m2. Spacious, tasteful and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the terrace, north facing position and west facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 210 cm), shower/WC and double hand-basin. Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)) with bar. On the lower ground floor: large entrance hall. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 210 cm), shower/WC. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 210 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Large terrace, north facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage (2 cars), height 220 cm, width 520 cm. Please note: not suitable for small children not suitable for children under 6 years. Non-smokers only.
