We love welcoming other families who value quality time together, whether that means relaxing by the water, enjoying a meal outdoors, playing games late into the evening, or simply slowing down and appreciating the beauty of the Keys. We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. It’s an exclusive waterfront community with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly neighbors, yet you’re just minutes from excellent restaurants, marinas, shopping and everything Key Largo has to offer.

Located at the gateway to the Florida Keys, it’s the ideal home base—far enough to enjoy the island lifestyle, but only about 30 minutes from the Upper Keys’ most popular attractions. We especially love being on the bayside, where every evening brings another spectacular sunset.
