Schönes geräumiges Haus

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, aber sehr geräumig und mit Charakter, schöne, recht neue Bäder mit Sauna, Spielmöglichkeiten für schlechtes Wetter (Dart, Billard, Tischfußball), ruhige Umgebung und in der Nähe auch ein schöner kleiner Kinderspielplatz Matratzen relativ weich, Webergrill könnte einen neuen Grillrost gebrauchen

Insgesamt alles gut; in manchen Bereichen sollte einmal ein Handwerker vorbeischauen. WC-Tür unten klemmt, dito WC-Tür erstes Obergeschoss. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Bisschen ein Problem mit der örtlichen Verwaltung, da die Mülleimer nicht geleert wurden. Nachdem dieses Problem moniert wurde, erklärte man, dass die Mieter sich darum kümmern sollten. Allerdings auch keine Abfuhrzeit angegeben, einfach nichts.
