The Village is conveniently located between Alys and Rosemary Beach, and only eight miles to Seaside. This low rise condominium community features Old World Charleston-style architecture, with wonderful shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. This luxury condominium overlooks the amphitheater, often featuring live music, with a limited view of the emerald waters of the Gulf..

At over 1300 square feet, this is one of the largest condominiums in the Village. With three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining and living area, and large balcony with limestone railing, it is fitted with luxury materials, including imported travertine and reclaimed oak floors, marble in the bathrooms, and granite kitchen counters and maple cabinets.

The luxury master suite opens onto the private balcony, and has views of the beautiful Gulf waters. The extra large primary bath features travertine floors, marble double vanities, large soaking tub, separate shower, and two closets.

The guest room with queen bed opens to the large second bathroom, also with marble and travertine. The third bedroom includes a queen and lots of storage.

There are flat screen smart TVs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms.

The kitchen is well appointed and fully stocked. It includes granite counters, dishwasher, large pantry, cooking utensils, pots, pans, knives, appliances, and nice dishware.

There is a long heart pine farmhouse table in the dining room, and there is extra seating at the counter bar, so your guests can watch you prepare a gourmet meal.

The large windows and french doors flood the condominium with natural light and ocean breezes. The limestone and travertine balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, or listen to a concert in the amphitheater below.

Call the private shuttle, or take a short walk to 'the best beaches in the world.' Also enjoy the 2 on site pools with hot tub and gorgeous landscaping. Just across the street from the condo is a safe, off road paved path that extends all along Scenic 30A. This provides a great place to walk, bike, while viewing the natural beauty here.

There are many quaint shops, art galleries, gourmet restaurants, and live concerts and festivals along the 18 miles of Scenic 30A to enjoy throughout the year. As the locals say, "Bluefish Zappata."

Besides the gulf and pools, there are miles of hiking in Point Washington forest, biking trails, nearby blue springs for diving and swimming, offshore and bay fishing opportunities, parasailing and many other water sports abound.

Perfect spot

We loved our time at this condo. It was in a perfect location. I loved being a block away from the Rosemary Beach shops. We enjoyed hanging out at the fire pit and listening to the nightly live music. We ended up riding our bikes down to the public access at Inlet Beach, which was way less crowded than Seacrest Beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo in a great location.

This is a lovely condo, very clean, in the heart of the action. Walking distance to beach and restaurants yet quiet. We had a lovely stay. Kids bunk beds were a hit!

Property and Location were wonderful. Lots of space to spread out, small balcony was great for drinking coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Close to the pool and a 7 minute walk to the beach.

Great accommodations

The property was the cleanest property I’ve stayed in to date! Everything smelled so fresh and clean. The owner was super responsive prior to and during our stay. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and bike rentals was excellent as well. Would highly recommend this place to anyone lookkng to rent on 30A!

Perfect Family Getaway

Everything from the reservation through the checkout was as smooth as could be. Leigh was super helpful and was always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The entire family enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and listening to the live music. Everything was within walking distance including multiple options for morning coffee and donuts for the kids. We loved hanging out at the pool and it was close enough to run back to the condo if we ever forgot anything. The shuttle to the beach was super convenient and went quickly with very little waiting. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back next year!

This condo is absolutely perfect… beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is amazing!!! We didn’t even have to drive anywhere…we walked to great shops and fabulous restaurants and the tram to the beach was wonderful! We plan on going back next summer!

Gem of a place

Location, cleanliness, safety, comfort, amenities were all fantastic! Great space for a family of 4/5. Owner was so easy to communicate with and helpful prior to and during stay. I was afraid the location may be loud in the mornings and at night, and that parking may be an issue, but not the case at all. Fun to be in the center of all the action! Can’t wait to go back!

Awesome Vacation!

This location is absolutely perfect!! We loved being able to walk everywhere. The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. We loved having live music every night right outside the balcony. The communication with the owner was excellent! We will definitely be back!

We will definitely be back

This is a beautiful property with easy access to everything. There are lots of choices for dining, deserts, shopping, bike riding, etc. There is nightly entertainment downstairs until 9pm. On a few nights, we cooked & ate as a family in our condo. Afterwards, we sat outside on the balcony for a concert that felt like it was just for us. We will definitely be back !

Pretty, comfortable and convenient.

The condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and SO convenient (walkable) to Rosemary Beach Town Hall and St. Augustine Green where my family and I attended a wedding and reception. It would’ve been nice to have been supplied body soap and shampoo/conditioner. We also would’ve preferred that the towels had a nice bleach/clean-laundry scent to them. Otherwise, everything else was great! We also enjoyed the puzzles in the game cabinet.

Scenic at Seacrest

The location was perfect for our family- three children (7,5,2). We used our car once the entire trip- to go grocery shopping. We were able to walk/bike everywhere. For people with small children, this place is ideal. We were able to walk to the beach with our wagon in tow. We also made great use of being able to walk to Rosemary Beach and Aly’s Beach for restaurants. Every night, we listened to live music from our balcony. We highly recommend renting bikes from downstairs and cruising the neighborhoods- there is so much to see! You can even bike to various beaches. There are also lots of cute beach shops downstairs. There are two pools- one for little kids (1.5 feet) with a zero depth entrance. Our younger kids loved it!! Our oldest loved the deeper pool/hot tub. Leigh is very easy to communicate with and is prompt with attending to any questions and/or concerns. There is an in-house binder with restaurant recommendations. The 3 bedroom condo was very clean and our family really enjoyed our stay! We love the 30A and will be back to visit.

Great place to stay with small kids!

We just returned from a fantastic 1-wk vacation in Seacrest Beach. This 3-bdrm condo was just perfect for our family of 4. The kids' bedrooms are near the kitchen area and the front door, while the master and the family room are at the other end of the condo, so that once the kids were down for naps and for the night, we could still be up watching TV and chatting and would not disturb the kids. The Village is just a short walk away from the beach - we went back & forth every single day, twice a day, with 2 strollers, toys, chairs, umbrella, cooler, but it wasn't bad at all. There is also a complimentary shuttle that goes back & forth every 20 min, in case you prefer to catch a ride. But the walk along 30-A is so pleasant, we just enjoyed it tremendously! The only down side with kids & strollers was that there were 3 long flights of stairs to go down to the beach and that was a little tough. Kind of wish they had a ramp, but nonetheless still very beautiful. The Village has also 2 pools, one small right behind the building we were staying, and a HUGE one just a block away. Our kids LOVED the pool too, very kids' friendly. But nice for adults as well. There are also restaurants, coffee - donuts - icecream - sweets shop, mini grocery store, little boutiques, beach equipment stores, right there, on the street level of the buildings. Very convenient. Rosemary Beach is literally a 3-minute walk, and it's a beautiful place to see. The owners were very nice and easy to deal with and responded to our emails right away. The condo was clean and well maintained and looked exactly the way it was represented in the photos on the listing. We would definitely recommend this place and will most likely come back in the future!
