The Weiße Villen are uniquely centrally located yet quiet, situated in the second row off Ostseeallee. The modern, light-filled apartment faces south and is located on the ground floor of Building 2. The Baltic Sea is right at your doorstep—just 200 metres away lies Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometres. The pier, the park, and the promenade are just a 5-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as great recreational activities, day-trip destinations, and playgrounds. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a swivel-mounted SMART TV (43 inches), and a closet. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and toilet. The apartment has a storage room with a washing machine—ideal for families or longer stays; another practical feature is the shoe-polishing station, which is stylishly integrated into a stool purchased specifically for this purpose. A high chair is available in the apartment. The windows in the living room and bedroom have insect screens so you can sleep and relax peacefully.

The apartment comes with its own parking space. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Each house in the Weiße Villen complex has a separate bike shed where you can store your bikes, protected from the weather. The charging station for e-bikes is also located there.
