Holiday home in Parghelia, 3.5 km from Tropea and 100 m from the sea. The house is located inside a holiday complex with a private sandy beach for the guests of the complex only. The bright and welcoming house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room and is ideal for groups of families who want to spend their holiday together. The comfortable and cosy terrace is partly covered and ideal for a relaxing read or a delicious aperitif at sunset while enjoying the magnificent view of the sea. In the nearby and well-known holiday resort of Tropea, you can go swimming in the crystal-clear sea, visit the sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'Isola or try the typical and spicy raw sausage Nduja and other delicacies prepared with the local red onion in the restaurants. From Tropea you can also embark on an unforgettable excursion to the Aeolian Islands. From the lighthouse in Capo Vaticano (15 km) you can see as far as the distant Aeolian Islands on clear days; Vibo Valentia (20 km) an ancient Greek colony rich in religious and civil architecture.

Loved it!

The place was perfect for our daily trips into Tropea. Very clean and the patio area is very large with sun and shade. We went down to the private beach a couple of times a day-just gorgeous. Having our own beach towels was a plus-made good use of them. The owner was very friendly and showed up very promptly to take us to the property. Because it's a gated community, she had to lead us in. The instructions given by Novasol were very easy to follow. We are opening to return again very soon! Loved our time in Parghlia!
