The villa was built in 2009, but underwent a complete renovation in 2022, and its rustic style of construction, beautiful interior and attractive exterior will not leave you indifferent! Guests have 206 m2 of living space at their disposal, while the total area of the property is 1059 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number is 6. You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms: two rooms have a double bed, one room has 2 single beds and one has a sofa bed. Two bathrooms have both a shower and a bathtub, and one has only a bathtub.



The villa has a modern equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family and friends, and there is also a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. In the villa you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea while drinking your morning coffee on the balcony where there is a sofa.



The whole family can gather in the living room enjoying two couches, and there is also a coffee table, TV, and chairs.



On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m.
