This 4 bedroom villa with pool has spectacular views over the Istrian countryside. It sits on the edge of the picturesque village of Rogovici. Outside there is an enclosed south facing patio area for outside dining. The accommodation consists of a spacious and well appointed open plan kitchen, dining and living area. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First floor bedrooms have access to a sun terrace with fantastic views of the countryside.

A large supermarket, small shops and local restaraunts are within a 4 minute drive. Porec and Novigrad are seaside towns and only a 10 - 20 minute drive away.
