The cabin was very clean and as advertised with a wonderful view. The attention to detail was very noticeable to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Miriah (our host) did a great job communicating all the details from check in to check out. I would recommend this property to others and stay again if we get back up to the Mtns.
We loved our stay at Glass Peak Cabin. The house is beautiful with plenty of space and thoughtful details throughout, from the well-stocked kitchen to many games/puzzles to quality bath soaps and much more. The location is great — amazing mountain views, yet super convenient to all that Banner Elk and Grandfather Mountain have to offer. Mariah was a great host and super responsive. We travel to this area every year and this was truly one of our best stays. We can’t wait to visit again.
We stayed at Glass Peak the last weekend of July and it was fantastic. The photos don’t do the views justice — waking up to the Blue Ridge through that wall of windows with a cup of coffee was the highlight of every morning. The cabin itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, from the fully stocked kitchen to the hot tub. Evenings around the solo firepit and plenty of games kept everyone happy. Great mix of togetherness in the open living space and room to spread out when we wanted quiet. We came to unplug and relax, and this place made it easy. We’d absolutely stay again.
