About this property

Holiday Apartment Sila 2 with Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

Welcome to our cozy, newly renovated holiday apartment on the top floor of our winery house. Access is via the shared terrace, perfect for relaxing. Please note that a steep staircase leads to the apartment. Vineyards, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Our house is at the foot of the vineyards and is a lively guesthouse.



The apartment is fully equipped; Wi-Fi and smart TV are included. Up to seven guests can stay. For small children, a travel cot is available and the stairs are secured. The spacious, partly covered terrace is right at your door. Please note: for groups of 6–7, the apartment is only suitable for shorter stays.

This vacation rental features a shared covered terrace for evening relaxation.

Public transport links are located within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.

Free parking is available on the street.

A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
