Haus Seebär für Max. 4 Personen

The Seebär holiday home is located in a quiet area, just a few steps from the Greetsiel Twin Mills. Come on in! It was partially renovated in 2025. From the hallway, you’ll step right into the cosy living room, where a fireplace invites you to enjoy cosy evenings on the couch. The modern chairs with footstools offer you a quiet spot to read or enjoy a cup of tea.

The hallway also leads to the fully equipped kitchen—a place where any home cook will feel right at home. You can enjoy your home-cooked meals at the large table in the adjoining dining room with family or friends. This cosy space is also perfect for social get-togethers. From here, you can step out onto a second terrace and into the large, fenced-in garden.

The ground floor also features a bright bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an additional guest bathroom.

The stairs lead to the upper floor, which features three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two others, each with two single beds. The entire house has been lovingly furnished with great attention to detail. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

The two terraces are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh North Sea air. A parking space and a carport are located directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. Please note: A surcharge applies for occupancy by more than four people.

Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.

We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.

Leider können wir die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren für 4 Nächte in dem Haus und schon beim Betreten fanden wir die Wohnung nicht sauber vor. Im Flur lag auf der Fensterbank ein alter Putzlappen, der sicher mal vergessen werden kann aber auf dem Flur lag bis in die Küche verteilt, Erde. Im Bad war das Waschbecken um die Armatur herum mit Haaren übersät. Das Wasser in dem Waschbecken lief nur ab, indem man den Stöpsel komplett herausnahm. Dieses hätte beim Reinigen auffallen müssen. Ebenfalls hätte auffallen müssen, dass in der Küche sowie im Esszimmer eine Ameisenplage herrscht. In der Küche lösen sich an diversen Schränken die Verleimungen und hängen daneben. Auch hier wundern wir uns, dass dieses nicht der Reinigungskraft oder gar dem Vermieter aufgefallen ist. Die Matratzen hängen total durch und die Kissen sind zum Teil sehr klumpig. In zwei von vier Nachttischlampen fehlte die Birne bzw. war kaputt.Im Schuppen findet man spärliche Gartenmöbel, mit einer kaputten Liege. Im Grill lag noch die Holzkohle des Vormieters. Die abgebrochene Markisenkurbel lag an der Hauswand in einer Ecke. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind in einem sehr ungepflegten und abgeranzten Zustand und wir können dieses Objekt definitiv nicht empfehlen.Da man einen Stern verteilen muss, geben wir diesen für die reibungslose Buchung mit der Verwaltung und dem Wasserdruck in der Dusche.

Das Haus war sauber, nur gab es für mich den ein oder anderen Kritikpunkt.1. Keine Rauchmelder vorhanden, obwohl sie pflicht sind (einer lag im Wohnzimmer auf dem Low Board, da hätte er aber nichts genützt).2. Toiletten sind nur unten, Schlafzimmer aber oben, heißt wenn man Nachts pipi muss, musste man Licht an machen (die Treppenstufen sind sehr schmal) und dann die ganzen Stufen runter, wenn man dann wieder ins Bett geht ist man natürlich erst einmal wieder wach - an den Stufen waren zwar Spots angebracht die aber nicht funktionierten3. Die Leseecke ist eher ein Abstellbereich für Wäscheständer (wofür? man hat doch gar keine Waschmaschine?) und Staubsauger und eine Leseecke ohne eigenes Licht macht keinen Sinn. 4. im Moment befindet sich direkt am Garten eine Baustelle, der Baulärm war nur einen Tag extrem, aber die Bauarbeiter meinten sie würden auf Malle arbeiten, morgens um kurz vor 8 schon Radio Bollerwagen so laut das man kerzengrade im Bett saß,an schlaf war da nicht mehr zu denken Die Vermieterin war zwar sofort erreichbar, aber das etwas länger als 8 Uhr schlafen oder auch das flüchten wegen Ballermann Musik konnte sie leider nicht verhindern.5. Für die Spülmaschine waren wir irgendwie zu blöd, egal welche Einstellung wir genommen haben, die Spülmaschine hat das Tapfach nicht aufgemacht - da wäre eine Anleitung für blöde gut gewesen.
